Cancellation & Refunds

Deposit

The deposit is 50% of the package price and reserves your date. It is non-refundable, except in the cases below.

Cancel within 24 hours

You have 24 hours after paying the deposit to cancel for a full refund, as long as the session is not scheduled within that same period.

Cancel after that

Any cancellation after the 24 hours forfeits the deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days before the session and the balance is already paid, the balance is also non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Reschedule

You can reschedule once at no cost with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. A second change, or a change with less than 48 hours’ notice, may carry an administrative fee or forfeit the deposit.

If Felipe cancels

If illness, an emergency or another cause outside his control stops the session, you get a new date at no cost or, if that is not possible, a full refund of everything paid.

Balance

The balance is due on the session day before any photographs are taken. If it is not paid, the session does not happen and counts as a cancellation by the client.
