Felipe Restrepo Photography (“I”, “me”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to felipe@feliperestrepo.com.
When you send the contact form or book a session online, I receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number (optional), the package and date you choose, your city, the type of location (home, hotel or Airbnb) and your message. This information is used only to answer you, manage your booking, plan your session and send related communication by email. It is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Card payments are processed by Square. When you book online, you enter your card in Square’s secure payment form; this website never receives or stores your full card number. With your authorization at checkout, Square securely saves your card so the remaining 50% balance can be charged automatically on the day of your session, as set out in the Session Agreement. This website only keeps the card brand, the last four digits and Square’s reference numbers for your booking and payments. Square handles payment data under its own privacy notice.
When you sign the Session Agreement online, I keep a record of the full name you type as your signature, the date and time, the IP address and browser used, and the version of the agreement you accepted. This record is kept as proof of the agreement.
Session images are delivered through a private, password-protected gallery. Selected images may be used in my portfolio, website and social media as set out in the Session Agreement you sign, and they are never published together with your name, contact details or location. If you need full privacy, a separate written privacy agreement must be arranged with me before booking.
This website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, measure visits (for example, Google Analytics through Google Site Kit) and measure advertising (for example, the Meta Pixel). Where required, these tools are used according to your consent choices. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
I also partner with Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with this website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and anonymous session recordings (for example, which pages are read, where people tap and how far they scroll). This usage data is collected with first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies and helps me fix problems, improve the site and protect it against fraud and abuse. Form submissions may be checked by an anti-spam service (Akismet), which processes the submitted data to detect spam.
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you. Booking details, signed Session Agreements and payment records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve any questions about it, and meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask me to access, correct or delete your information at any time, except records I must keep by law or as proof of an agreement or payment.
