An editorial photoshoot in Palm Beach with Felipe Restrepo is a shoot built like a magazine story: one concept, a sequence of looks, light chosen for the mood and every frame directed. It is for models and creatives building a book, for stylists and makeup artists who need published-level work, and for anyone who wants to be photographed like a cover and not like a headshot. On location across Palm Beach County and Miami, quoted by concept and number of looks.
My commercial work is on the fashion and brand page. This page is the other side of it: pictures that exist because the idea is good.

What makes a shoot editorial
A portrait session answers one question: what do you look like. An editorial answers a different one: what is the story. That changes everything upstream. The location is chosen for the idea, the wardrobe is pulled for the sequence, and the light can be hard, colored or almost dark if the mood asks for it.
The result is a set of images that belong together, the way pages in a magazine do, with a wide frame, a detail, a portrait and one picture that takes a risk.

How it comes together
Concept. You bring references or I propose three directions. We pick one.
Styling. Looks are agreed before the day. Bring your own wardrobe or your stylist.
Location. A house, a street, a rooftop, a beach. I check what the place allows.
Shoot. Directed from the first frame, with the camera shown to you early.
Edit. A tight selection with a magazine finish, not a folder of everything.

Who books it
Models who need range in their book. For digitals and standard portfolio updates, the fixed packages are on model portfolios. Makeup artists, hair stylists and designers who want work they can sign. And women who have no intention of modeling and simply want one set of pictures made at this level.

Hair and makeup
An editorial needs a finished face. Bring your own artist or add one: hair and makeup is an add-on done by a professional before the shoot. The details are on the hair and makeup page.

4 questions.
How much does an editorial photoshoot in Palm Beach cost?
It is quoted by concept: number of looks, people on set, locations, and how the images will be used. A single-look portrait story and a five-look fashion story are different productions. Send your idea or references through the contact form and you get a quote the same day.
Do I need to be a model?
No. I direct every pose and expression, so experience is not required. What an editorial does need is a decision: a mood, a look, a reference you love. If you do not have one, I propose directions on the concept call and we choose together before anything is booked.
Can I submit the images to a magazine?
Tell me before the shoot if submission is the goal. Publications have their own rules about exclusivity and credits, so the team, the usage and the credit line are agreed in writing first. I do not promise publication; that decision belongs to each magazine’s editors.
Where do editorial shoots happen?
On location, anywhere from Palm Beach and West Palm Beach to Wellington, Boca Raton and Miami. There is no studio. Private homes, hotels and some public places have rules about photography, so I check what is allowed for the location we choose before the date is set.
